The 46 Foundation - Alerts SMS Program

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in The 46 Foundation - Alerts SMS notification program.

Program Description
The 46 Foundation - Alerts is a privately operated monitoring and notification service. SMS messages may include operational status changes, detected events, monitoring alerts, system notifications, or other information generated by the monitoring platform.

Consent to Receive Messages
SMS messages are sent only to recipients who have consented to receive them. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on monitored activity, alert settings, and system events. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless service plan.

Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS notifications. After an opt-out request is processed, no further alert messages will be sent unless the recipient subsequently provides consent to resume messaging.

Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, equipment failures, software issues, or other circumstances outside the operator's control.

Not an Official Emergency Notification System
The 46 Foundation - Alerts is a supplemental monitoring and notification service. It is not a substitute for 911, an official public-safety CAD or dispatch system, an emergency notification system, or direct communications from a public-safety agency. SMS alerts should not be relied upon as the sole source for emergency response, dispatch, or other life-safety decisions.

Privacy
Information associated with SMS participation is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at www.the46foundation.org/privacy

Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version and effective date will be maintained on this page.
